Amanda McMullan
Amanda McMullan Pierson grew up in Allen, TX. She has been involved in soccer in North Texas from a young age, and while getting her degree at St. Mary’s University in Marketing, she played all four years on the varsity soccer team. While obtaining a masters degree in Management and Organization with a specialization in Sports and Entertainment, she continued her playing career playing semi-pro in the W-league, Women’s Premier League Soccer (WPSL), Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL), and ECNL. She played for the Colorado Rapids Women’s Team, a team affiliated with the MLS, as well as FC Dallas ECNL team. She had the opportunity to play in Denmark, where she played at the professional level for Fortuna Hjorring in the first division, and where she also coached at a boarding school and within the club she played for. She is still involved in playing within the WPSL for the Texas Spurs. Pierson helped develop a collegiate program at a Junior College in Colorado, and has been involved in coaching for over twelve years. She has coached players of all ages, including high school, club, and college level.
