Tom Carwile grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been playing and involved in the game of soccer since he was four years old. After attending Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, where he was a four year starter and two year captain, he went on to assistant coach at Trinity for the Fall 2016 season while finishing up school. He received a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. While playing varsity soccer all four years he picked up many individual honors including: Conference Newcomer of the Year, 3 x 1st team All - Conference, 3 x 1st team All - Region, 2 x All - American, 2 x conference tournament MVP, Conference Player of the Year 2015, Division III Defender of the Year 2015. He has had experience training overseas in Netherlands while also traveling through Mexico, Argentina, and Costa Rica with the Region III ODP team in high school. He played youth soccer for Tulsa Soccer Club and used to guest play with Coach Ed on Eddies's team, while also competing against them many times in regional premier league games and national league games. He played in the PDL league before his senior year in college for the Ocean City Nor'Easters. After college he trained with San Antonio FC of the USL while finishing up school. Tom enjoys coaching players of all ages and has been a student of the game as long as he can remember.
